First Time Login Information

Type in your member number as the username for the website.

Type in your new temporary password, which is your last name in lowercase (no spaces or special characters). See the examples below:

Examples:

• John Smith, personal member number 0123 (zero, one, two, three)
  • Username: 0123
  • Password: smith
• If your last name is O'Brian, your password will be obrian.
• If your last name is John III, your password will be johniii.

Once you log in, you will be prompted to update your password by following the on-screen instructions.
